A calmer way to coordinate care

One coordinator across a complicated journey

We help international patients prepare the right information, understand next steps and coordinate practical arrangements. Hospitals and licensed physicians remain responsible for all medical decisions and treatment.

What we coordinate

Support before, during and after your visit

01

Medical record preparation

Organize reports, medication lists and original imaging files for professional review and translation where needed.

02

Hospital and specialist coordination

Help identify suitable departments and coordinate appointment or remote-consultation requests with participating providers.

03

Travel and local arrangements

Practical support for schedules, airport transfers, accessible accommodation, communication and dietary preferences.

04

In-hospital language support

Professional bilingual coordination for appointments, admission steps, instructions and non-clinical communication.

05

Insurance document assistance

Help check document requirements and organize records for pre-authorization or reimbursement. Coverage decisions remain with the insurer.

No treatment guarantees

Treatment outcomes vary. Clinical recommendations follow physician assessment and informed consent.

Privacy by design

Medical records are requested only after the relevant privacy notice and consent step.

Time-limited records

The planned retention period for medical records is 12 months, subject to applicable legal holds and the final privacy policy.
