Important: This operational notice must be reviewed and supplemented with the legal names, addresses and contacts of the China operator and each overseas recipient before medical-record uploads are activated.

重要提示：启用医疗资料上传前，本告知须经专业法律顾问审核，并补充中国境内运营主体及各境外接收方的法定名称、地址和联系方式。

Our role and purpose / 我们的角色与目的

We coordinate services for international patients seeking care in China. We process enquiry information to respond, arrange coordination and manage the service relationship. Hospitals and licensed physicians make all medical decisions.

我们为拟在中国就医的国际患者提供服务协调。我们处理咨询信息，用于回复、安排协调及管理服务关系。所有诊疗决定由医院及具备资质的医生作出。

Sensitive medical information / 敏感医疗信息

Medical records, diagnoses, tests, imaging, medication and insurance materials are sensitive personal information. They are requested only when necessary for the accepted case. Before upload, you must separately consent to processing this information.

病历、诊断、检查、影像、用药及保险材料属于敏感个人信息，仅在已接受个案确有必要时收集。上传前，您必须就处理该等信息作出单独同意。

Cross-border processing / 跨境处理

The default assigned region is Singapore. The United States region is available only for an expressly designated North American case. The upload page shows the assigned region before consent. You must separately consent to the cross-border provision and storage of the selected files. Data will not be moved between these regions without a new lawful basis and notice.

默认指定区域为新加坡；美国区域仅用于明确指定的北美个案。上传页面将在同意前显示指定区域。您必须就所选资料的跨境提供与存储作出单独同意。未经新的合法依据及告知，资料不会在上述区域之间迁移。

Security and retention / 安全与保存

Files enter a quarantine area, undergo file-signature validation and malware scanning, and are unavailable for staff download until approved. Approved downloads expire quickly and are audited. Medical files are scheduled for deletion after 12 months unless a documented legal hold applies.

文件将进入隔离区，接受文件特征校验及恶意文件扫描；批准前工作人员不能下载。批准后的下载链接短时有效并记录审计。除非存在有记录的法律保留，医疗文件将在12个月后按计划删除。

Your rights / 您的权利

You may request access, a copy, correction, supplementation, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal. Requests require identity verification and may be limited where retention is legally required.

您可以申请查询、复制、更正、补充、撤回同意或删除。撤回不影响撤回前已合法开展的处理。申请需要身份核验；法律要求保存时，相关权利可能受到限制。

How to make a request / 如何提出申请

Until a dedicated privacy contact is published, contact your assigned coordinator and write “Privacy Request / 隐私权利申请” in the subject. The production version must publish a dedicated privacy email, operator identity, response time and complaint channel before uploads are activated.

在专门隐私联系方式公布前，请联系您的指定协调人员，并在主题中注明“隐私权利申请”。启用上传前，正式版本必须公布专用隐私邮箱、运营主体身份、响应期限及投诉渠道。
