Our role / 我们的角色

We provide medical service coordination. We are not a hospital and do not diagnose, prescribe or provide treatment. Medical decisions are made by licensed medical institutions and physicians.

我们提供医疗服务协调，并非医院，不实施诊断、处方或治疗。医疗决定由具备资质的医疗机构和医生作出。

Fees / 费用

Our coordination service fee is disclosed and charged separately. Hospital consultation, tests, medicines, procedures and inpatient charges are paid directly to the hospital or its designated payment entity.

我们的协调服务费单独披露和收取。医院诊察、检查、药品、治疗及住院费用由患者直接支付给医院或其指定收款主体。

No guarantees / 不作保证

We do not guarantee visas, appointments, admission, insurance coverage or treatment outcomes. Information about travel and entry policies must be checked against current official sources before action.

我们不保证签证、预约、入院、保险赔付或诊疗结果。涉及旅行和入境政策的信息，执行前须以最新官方来源为准。
