Understand costs before making commitments

We help organize questions, estimates and documents. Insurers determine coverage; hospitals determine and collect medical charges.

Three separate financial relationships

Keeping these relationships separate makes it clear who provides each service, who receives payment and which terms apply.

Coordination service fee

Paid to us under a written service scope. It does not include hospital care or third-party costs unless expressly listed.

Medical charges

Consultations, tests, medicines, procedures and inpatient charges are paid directly to the hospital or its designated entity.

Third-party services

Accommodation, transport, nursing or translation follows the relevant provider's quotation and terms.

What we can do

Organize policy questions, request document lists, track pre-authorization communications and help compile available records.

What we cannot decide

We cannot determine eligibility, guarantee authorization, promise reimbursement or alter insurer and hospital terms.

What you should retain

Keep original invoices, itemized statements, payment confirmations, signed medical documents and insurer correspondence.
